RedCat Recruitment is seeking a mature, suitably qualified and experienced WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (EARTHMOVING) for a well-established, growing concern in Pietermaritzburg.

PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license (Code 08 / Code 14 an added advantage).
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Trade tested mechanic an added advantage but not essential.
Previous working experience with earthmoving equipment is ESSENTIAL.
5-10 years previous working experience in a workshop environment.
Staff management experience.
Must be a leader with strong management skills.
Would only suit a proactive person who can work independently who can bring growth and new ideas to the company.
Person must be willing to work weekends and after hours when needed.
