My Client is the leading provider of hosted call centre technology in South Africa. The Company provides pay-per-use access to their hosted call centre technology, which is fast, easy, and affordable to deploy.

This is an ideal job for an individual that is a self starter and able to take on more responsibility. The individual will assist in providing support to customers

Duties Include
• Administration of a hosted telephony platform
• Help desk support to clients via telephone and team viewer
• Trouble shooting client issues with 3rd party vendors including escalation.
• Physical implementation of hardware and software at client site.
• After hours standby for support.
• Handle backup schedules and monitor success.
• Daily system health checks.• In addition to the above, applicants for this position will be part of a technical support team supporting over 1000+ call center end business users in 40+ call center locations

Requirements
• MCSE/MCITP
• Driver’s License and own reliable transport essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Call Center experience will be beneficial
• The candidate needs to be a self-starter, able to work on their own and make their own decisions

Character
• Good communication skills.
• English language is essential
• Must have own transport
• Willing to work out of normal business hours
• Good customer care ethic
