The successful candidate will be joining a non micro-managed, open-minded, dynamic and motivated team of individuals and will need to be a deadline driven and self managed person.

Purpose of role
To support the daily operational IT requirements of all staff.

Education, Experience and Qualification
• A+ and or N+ or similar qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year support experience within a similar support role
• Call Centre support advantageous.

Key performance areas
1. Deliver IT infrastructure support for the Company’s employees.
2. Identify, troubleshoot, research, support and resolve IT issues in relations to helpdesk.
3. Ensure all problems are attend to and resolved according to the helpdesk SLA
4. Responsible for set up of new hardware within the company.
5. Maintaining of desktop hardware and software (Upgrades, virus free and fully operational).
6. Administering the Impro access card machine (creating of new access cards and replacement cards)
7. Responsible for installation and setup of printers.
8. Responsible for PC & Terminal Roll-outs.
9. Administering the Impro access card machine (creating of new access cards and replacement cards)
10. Responsible for Network & Telephony patching.
11. Responsible for Software installation and setup (Win Xp, Microsoft Office, etc).
12. Responsible for Call Centre Client Software understanding (Realconnect, Amcat).
13. Responsible for Network Configuration.
14. Testing of equipment after installation.
15. Ensuring neatness of Server Room and IT office.
16. Ensuring all cabling is kept tidy
