1. Background Information

Software Factory within the Information Technology Service Operations (ITSO), is a service provide for development work. We provide development for key systems in GIT, such as Eforms, MAXIMO, Customer Care and Billing, Customer Care and I, Loadshedding, Customer Network Link, Scada, Geographical Information System (GIS- TIPS) etc.

K2 blackpearl its Group IT approved enterprise workflow. It also comes with smart forms that are being developed to satisfy user requirement. A decision was taken to migrate current E-Forms to the K2 platforms. Phase 1 has been release to production end of May 2016. Stabilization of Phase 1 deployment and Phase 2 has already started.

2. Description of Service/ product that needs to be provided

Service of Technical Developers on Corp 3325 required to:
a) Assessment and confirmation of scope and work items
b) Stabilization. This includes
• K2 Workflow and Smart Forms Development
• MAXIMO enhancement/bugs Development
• TIPS enhancement Development
• Reports Development
• Unit Testing
• Review already developed reports and forms for alignment to best practise
c) Integration with CC&B and CC&I
d) Data migration, reconciliation and validation
e) Deployment planning and execution
f) Technical documentation of developed work items
g) Post Go-Live Stabilisation

Qualification Requirement
• Degree in IT Related Discipline OR
• IT Certification
Experience Requirement
5-7 years IT experience
Five or more years K2 BlackPearl Application / Smallworld / MAXIMO / Microsoft Portal
