Mining engineering company is looking for a well versed KAM in Boksburg with mining and earth moving equipment experience to oversee new business development and after sales maintenance on new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
Matric
Marketing / sales qualification
Technical qual adv
Comp lit – MS Office – especially Power point
Experience:
Min 2-5 yrs exp in mining and earthmoving equipment sales
Must be able to establish credible relations with existing and new clients within the mining environment
Thorough understanding of sales cycle process and the ability to develop a sales plan with execution strategies
Ability to lead and work with other companies and outsourced resources to achieve sales goals
Machine technical knowledge great adv
An understanding of underground mining industry / methodologies / equipment application and production cycle
Understanding sales cycle and compiling sales plan according to clients’ needs and areas.
Build and maintain long term solid relations with clients
Must be willing to travel
Skills
Highly organised and self-motivated
Good interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management
Excellent interpersonal as well as planning and organizational skills
Good analytical experience
Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in an unstructured environment
