Candidate with MTA or similar qualification and minimum 4 year’s 3rd Line IT Desktop Support experience, required to provide onsite support for workstations, server and connectivity support and manage IT related projects.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• MTA of equivalent qualification required
• 4 year’s Desktop Troubleshooting experience – 3rd line support essential
• 1 year Corporate IT Infrastructure experience required
• 1 year LAN/Network Troubleshooting experience required
• Valid driver’s license essential
• Clear ITC and criminal record required

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting on all hardware and software problems
• 3rd Line support for all branches, sites and staff regarding hardware, software and connectivity problems
• Provide hardware and LAN support to all printers and units
• Assist in set-up of new offices re IT related requirements
• Implement measures and report on all measures re IT projects
