The Package:
- Up to R35k CTC per month (depending on experience)
- 22 days annual leave
- Working for a Times Top 100 Small Company!

- Working with London based clients, this role is purely providing remote support
- 40 – 45 hours per week, shifts during the core business hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 9pm
- Previous experience in a 3rd Line or similar Senior Support role
- Excellent troubleshooting ability, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong demonstrated experience with Windows Server 2008 and most recently with Server 2012
- Experience in Exchange support and implementation
- Solid networking experience with either a CCNA,CCNP and/or relevant routing/switching experience
- Experience with Office 365 migrations
- Ideally holding a Citrix certification to support your strong Citrix experience
- Experience with Physical to Virtual Server migration as well as VMWare or Hyper V experience
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with SQL (scripting and DB management)
- Enterprise Storage solutions experience such as SAN, Compellent and Equallogic
- Experience in writing technical documentation
