A luxurious, well established and state of the art 5 star hotel is looking to add a Switchboard Operator to their great team of vibrant employees.

Please note: You must be flexible of nature and be willing to work shifts

Duties:
• Operate switchboard
• Provide general hotel and promotional information
• Handle all queries and escalate where necessary

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Prior experience operating a switchboard in a Hospitality environment
• Must be computer literate – knowledge of Opera would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle situations of conflict
• Exceptional grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to work shifts
• Team player, flexible and able to multitask
• Ability to manage all aspects of BMC Remedy
