Requirements:

Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of customer service.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Computer literacy.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Good organization skills.
Must be willing to work weekends/ public and school holidays & be flexible working additional hours.
Must be fluent in English and an additional language would be beneficial.
Must have previous experience as a receptionist in a 5 star hospitality industry.
