A Call Center Company based at Sunnighill, Johannesburg have vacancies for Inbound and Outbound Call Management in dial for International Calls.The position it’s available for the first line of Application.

Key Purpose:

To take inbound calls, assist members with queries and ensure first time resolutions or refer them to the appropriate area for resolution.

Key Outputs:

Dealing with all queries through to resolution
Keeping client up-to-date with their queries
Ensuring excellent quality service to all members
Completing administrative and repetitive tasks
Keeping accurate detailed stats of all queries/correspondence and reporting on it on a weekly basis

Minimum Requirements:
Essential:
Matric
health product knowledge
PC literacy, email, word, excel
Tertiary qualification an advantage
Salary Range: R5000-R6500 basic with commission
