AA22694- A large Family resort situated in Mpumalanga.Full Management of Large Resort F&B Department. . The person will be responsible to oversee the restaurant at our hotel (buffet meals) as well as meals / treats for events. Guidance to the additional food outlets on the resort is required.Hospitality or F&B Management Diploma is a strong advantage.This candidate needs to have the following skills: Good Financial Accumen. Ability to manage budgets, costs and stock. Strong Back of House Administration. Strong Spread Sheets working knowledge. Exceptional Operations experience. Experienced in running large F&B Outlets.Benefits will include: Contribution for medical aid and pension. A three bedroom house on the resort will be added to the package.
