The Business Manager will be required to perform the following duties for one or more faculties/business units of the company:
KPA'S:
Be responsible for the design, delivery, assessment, and quality enhancement of more than one faculty/business unit of the company
Undertake high quality research culminating in innovative new product development in line with market expectations and international trends
Achieve sales growth targets in terms of student enrolments, revenue, and profitability
Be accountable for the development of the product mix, marketing plan, and various other commercial aspects
Foster strategic relationships with regulatory councils, business, and academic institutions

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Honours or a Master’s Degree
Minimum of 5 Years working experience either in sales or within an academic environment
Solid track record of achieving sales enrollment targets, new product development, and the design and implementation of a marketing plan
Experience in managing and motivating and mentoring staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment and the ability to multi-task between various projects and achieve tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills (MS Word; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint) and project management skills
