Account Clerk
Location: Isando, Kempton Park

Account Clerk – Spartan
Basic Salary: Between R12 000.00 – R 13 000.00
Medical aid: R600. 00

Minimum requirement are as below:
At least 2 year working experience in automotive industry
Automate experience (plus SAP will be preferable)
Excel (intermediate)
Bookkeeper certificate (Accounting diploma preferable)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Parts model invoicing,

• Parts stock control,

• Debtors Control (Parts),

• Maintain Customers Master Data Profile,

• Cash up with accountant for cash sales daily basis,

• Cash Account Control (Parts),

• Resolve any parts customer accounts related queries,

• Ensure all invoices and statement generated and send it to customers,

• Preparing management report (as per requirement),

• Ensure Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
