Account Development Executive - Forward Servicing - Global Transport and Logistics

Responsible for regional clients branches located in Cape Town. Build relationships, retain clients & resolve queries.

•Visit clients.
•Resolve client queries.
•Build relationships with all levels in a client.
•Communicate with all KAMS in the regions regarding any issues that they need to be aware of.
•Implement new clients brought on by reps in other regions.
•Work closely with ops, IT & Contact centre.
•Grow existing client base.
•Assist with decreasing AR’s.
•Create & implement innovative solutions for clients.
•Reporting if required by clients.

Highest Secondary Education: Grade 12
Computer Literacy Level: Intermediate
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Other Software Packages: Cognos, Visio, Mind Manager.

•Sales experience.
•Relationship building experience.
•Previous experience in the distribution environment.
•Unendorsed driver’s license and own reliable transport.
•Ability to work after hours.
