Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven Account Executive: Specialized Finance to be appointed in Centurion, Gauteng.
Purpose
To grow and retain a portfolio of high value business relationships by performing a proactive, mobile, value adding financial partnership role.

Key Performance Areas
• Implement agreed / prescribed growth in assets / lending book and growth in interest and non-interest revenue for specific portfolio
• Formulate, drive, measure and manage the implementation of a sales performance strategy to grow new business
• Drive implementation of value-chain analysis to ensure better understanding of sales opportunities within client base
• Keep abreast of new product developments in the financial services sector
• Develop and implement service best practices in support of the business value proposition and customer expectations
• Offer client appropriate and value-adding products and services to ensure mutually beneficial long term results
• Implement a regular client calling and visitation programme
• Schedule an appropriate client entertainment programme
• Ensures that customer service expectations are met/ exceeded
• Ensures effective query management and client feedback
• Motivate pricing based on inherent risk and type of transaction, available security and covenants
• Minimize credit risk by assessing client information regularly
• Identify facility breaches / early warning signs and implement appropriate remedial action
• Ensure accurate assessment of credit / financial risk profile
Minimum Requirements
• B.Comm / business related degree
• FAISRE1 qualification will be advantageous
• Minimum 5 years working experience as an Account Executive / Relationship Manager in a Commercial / Corporate lending environment
• MS Office and advanced Office Outlook skills
