Banking experience essential especially with lending an advantage
Financial qualification an advantage, either a B Com or CA but not essential
Must understand balance sheets, gearing, and ratios and be able to analyse a balance sheet
Intelligent, outgoing and hardworking
Walk the tightrope between service and risk
Well spoken, good written and verbal skills
Must be a team player
Must not be a clock-watcher
Must be able to speak to all levels from the CEO to the Cleaner
Must have own transport
Will call on corporate clients regularly
High integrity and morals, clear credit and criminal record
Computer literate on MS Office
