Account Executive
Leading Group are seeking a Client Relationship / Account Manager to join their team

Key areas of focus will include:
Retain customers and deals (measured on retention percentage)
Maintain customer relationships through customer visits
Understand customers business to provide maximum benefit in terms of offering
Identify customer needs through analysis and propose viable solutions (identify potential opportunities for upsell)
Prepare, analyse and discuss monthly reports with customers
Enhance customer relationships by offering a total fleet management solution through value added products
To effectively manage customer replacement program (future terminations, quotes, collections)
Effectively and actively manage customer fleet utilisation
Look for any re-fleeting opportunities
Manage customer facilities (Obtain and collate financial documentation and prepare Note for File for facility renewals)
Manage customer debtors aging (understand and discuss any issues with customers)
