Job description

Administrating and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts in the Loyalty, Assist and mobile app industry, providing complete and dedicated customer service . Manage and co-ordinate all administrative activities with regards to both new business and existing clients, including the maintaining of day-to-day operations of contracted services. Building strong and strategic client relationships (this would include a very high percentage of day-to-day and monthly administration management) and executing projects flawlessly while ensuring agreed upon deliverables are achieved. Career and ownership mentality is required with a mature working standard.

REQUIREMENTS

Critical competencies:
• Very Strong administrative skills are required as this job demands around 90-95% administrative tasks
• A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role
• Very high level of client administrative tasks and management
• Degreed Office Management Diploma individual preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and the taking of accurate and detailed Meeting Minutes
• Attention to detail is critical
• Deadline driven
• Pro-active, solution-oriented and quick to use initiative
• Self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans preferable)
• Maintaining of existing client relationships
• Excellent project management skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and focus on numerous projects at any given time
• Drafting of proposals, contracts, agendas and minutes
Additional competencies:
• Previous short term insurance experience advantageous
• High Stress tolerance
• Teamwork and co-operation
• Willing to work overtime when required
