When you say you work for this Company, people take notice. We have partnered with an upmarket global concern in recruiting an experienced Accountant to be based at their SA Head Office based in Modderfontein. Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include:

• Booking of SAP transactions, using Harmonisation Chart, Business areas and Cost Centres
• Month end closing – Reporting and Analysis, wholesale and retail
• Daily Sales reporting
• Weekly cash flow forecast
• Management of Month-End check-list
• Document the processes
• Coordination of Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables/General Ledger transactions : Wholesale and Retail activities
• Reconciliation of bank accounts on a weekly basis
• Responsible for accruals and prepayments transactions
• Responsible of Petty Cash
• Fixed assets Management
• VAT & Deferred tax calculation
• Update Foreign exchange rates in SAP
• Assist with preparation of forecasts, annual budgets, Service Centre cost dossiers
• Liaise with IT if support needed

Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Finance
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the corporate environment
• At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting
• Good Excel knowledge
• Committed and deadline orientated
• SAP experience is essential
