Join a Property and Retail company as an Accountant. The main purpose of the role will be the Accounting duties but also to assist the FM in their day-to-day functions.



Qualification:

Relevant Tertiary Degree: BCom or similar

SAIPA / SAICA Articles – highly preferred



Skills & Experience:

No commercial experience needed if completed SAIPA Articles

MS Excel, MS Word

MDA Property Administrator beneficial

Job Description:

Reviewing income.

Preparing management information.

VAT reconciliations.

Assisting with accurate accruals.

Analysis of transactions and capturing of data to the system.

Analytical review of income statements and balance sheets.

Balance sheet reconciliations / supplier reconciliation and ad-hoc tenant account reconciliations.

Assisting with month-end reporting and payments to suppliers.
