This is a Multi-facet role which encompasses various administrative and accounting responsibilities.
the incumbent will ensure the accuracy of financial record keeping.
timeous and complete reconciliation of the business bank accounts, processing, approval and recording of managers expense claim related transactions and credit/fuel card transactions and update and transact on the ERP system.

Load and control all company payments.
Oversee,manage month end preparations of various reconciliations
daily banking
Kiosk Banking
Balance sheet Reconciliations
* accrued liabilities
* Provision
* rebates and Allowances
* other debtors
* leave accruals
* staff uniforms

Candidates that have worked as a Accounting administrator within a retail environment will suit.
