Accounts Clerk!!

Multi National Logistics company based in Umhlanga Rocks, has a vacancy open for an Accounts Clerk. We are looking for a young dynamic and energetic individual that has 3-5 years experience in general accounts.

The accounts Clerk will be responsible for providing support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department by:

- Data capturing daily worksheets to the general ledger system,
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
- Compile and sort invoices and checks.
- Issue checks for accounts payable.
- Place checks in envelopes and mail out.
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Assist Supervisors with Debtors.
- Assist Supervisors with Creditors.
- Assist with Cash book.
