To maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

Responsibilities:

Ensure that quality handover from new to existing business is done
Assess customer, i.e. business cycle, requirements
Meets with customer to ensure synchronization and to manage expectations
Provide a one stop shop for all customer requirements by tapping into other areas of the existing relationship
Analyze monthly fleet reports pro-actively to ensure that fleet is managed within agreed parameters
Provide real time solutions to clients to ensure compliance with agreement and to manage cost
Perform annual customer reviews, including credit and FICA compliance
Requirements:

Financial qualification
Fleet management, customer service in pressurized environment
On the job training important
Experience with systems and reporting
