Job Description:
Preferably matriculate
• Some tertiary bookkeeping qualification advantageous
• SAP experience advantageous (but NOT a requirement – training will be provided)

Will be responsible for:

• Capturing goods receipts to invoices for stock purchases; Capturing service/non-stock invoices;
• Reconciling supplier accounts to statement
• Preparing remittances for payments for the financial manager
• All relevant filing and audit preparation of the supplier accounts
• Following up on supplier returns with the buyer and processing of supplier credit notes
• Preparing inter-company accounts for annual audit
• Daily reconciliation of the “Goods Clearing” account (Goods receipts not yet processed to invoice)
• Assistance of a general nature in the accounts department where time permits this
