We have an exciting opportunity for a young and vibrant Actuarial Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a Bsc degree in Actuarial and/or Financial Mathematics, to be thoroughly trained in all aspects of business systems analysis, software customization, implementation, support and client training.

Role
• Understand and interpret business requirements and convert them into functional specifications and document them accurately which will form the basis for technical development and implementation of the application.
• Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards.
• Testing the functionality of the technical solution against the business requirements such as test reports, test plans, verifying work requests
• Analysing and preparing proposals for customers
• Researching and writing of reports
• Training clients on the software customization.

Requirements
• Bsc degree in Actuarial and/or Financial Mathematics
• Must have excellent communications skills and be fluent in English, verbal and written
• Must be willing and dedicated to learning the processes that will be required to do the work
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Fast learner
