Job objective • Specialise on the application of Short Term Insurance information.
• Work as a team member and/or as an individual contributor.
• Required to identify admin deviations from the standard and take corrective action to rectify.
• Required to apply knowledge and skills to related tasks – especially related to Short Term Insurance.
• Must be able to operate basic MIS systems and fulfil more than just routine tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities • Proactively manage all client queries and process requests generated in the Efficient Insure HUB (Short-Term Insurance focus)
• Interact with clients, staff and stakeholders – when requested / required – to ensure the effective delivery of administrative requirements within a specified framework
• Prepare the administrative documentation regarding various Short-Term Insurance quotes where applicable and communicate with financial advisors
• Ensure all admin documents received from EFW Financial Advisors are complete – communication process to be followed if not complete
• Drive and gather outstanding requirements i.e. questionnaires, FICA documents and anything material to the case (Short-Term Insurance specific)
• Ensure that all instructions are received and processed by product providers, and that processing takes place within reasonable turn-around times – SLA document
• Facilitate the resolution of all queries received within 24 hours or at earliest possible time
• Scan to file all new & existing business documents in client folder and / or Efficient INSURE MIS system
• Assist in general office duties which include but are not limited to filing, scanning, printing, ordering stationary and any other duties which may be associated therewith
• Be telephonically available for financial advisor queries, and act as an initial point of contact for financial advisor queries
• Maintain an appropriate filing and recording system – preferably electronically
• Must be able to support all the administrative business processes
• Actively manage the Short-Term Insurance leads process system
Job Evaluation Criteria Education:
• Matric
• Any Short-Term Insurance related certificates or diplomas

Experience Required:
• A minimum of three years experience in the Short-Term financial services or related administrative environment
