Duties / Responsibilities:
Accurately capturing of invoices in the accounting system in order to effect; payment on time and accurately to Creditors;
Prepare payment of invoices;
Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations;
Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times;
General administration and filing.

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric Certificate with Maths and Accounting as subjects;
Recently completed or working towards a Bcom degree will be advantageous;
Advanced Computer Literacy;
MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook;
Strong communication skills;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
