Our client, situated in Paarl, currently has the following exciting position available.

ADMIN/INVOICING CLERK

The succesfull candidate is an excellent communicator (fully bilingual), with strong interpersonal and administrative skills, who can work accurate, organized and under pressure and is detail orientated. Matric and 2 years’ experience are requirements for this position. Computer literacy is a further requirement.

The applicant reports directly to the Office Manager and is responsible for receiving orders, processing and distrubuting invoices* communicating with the warehouses, sales team and clients with regards to orders* recordkeeping * other ad hoc administrative and financial functions.
