My client, a leading agricultural trading concern is seeking to employ and Administrative Coordinator who is able to do cross boarder transactions.
Duties:
• Opening of contracts on system
• Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
• Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
• Collecting of unsigned contracts
• Managing the monthly audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts
• 6 month reconciliations
Requirements:
• Min Grade 12
• Relevant degree will count in the candidate's favour (B.Comm)
• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or financial role
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans / English)
Salary: R12 000.00 – R13 000.00
