Our client, a well-established printing company in Cape Town has a temporary vacancy for an Office Administrator with previous hands-on experience.

Reporting to the Accountant, you will support the Finance Team, ensuring that all the administrative aspects of the role are accurate and up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collating and preparing payments for sundry payments.
• Processing of all entries and posting cash batches for the cashbook and daily reports as requested
• Manage Petty Cash
• Collation of monthly Management Pack in Excel.
• Monitoring and ordering of office supplies as required
• Monitoring consumables requirements and ordering consumables as required.
• Assist with stock-take
• Deal with client queries where applicable

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 Bookkeeping Certificate or Diploma
• 2 years’ administration experience in a Finance Department
• MS Office Suite at Intermediate level including Excel

Advantageous – A Bookkeeping Certificate or Diploma

The successful candidate will have strong numerical abilities, be a team player but also be able to work independently. In addition you are deadline drive with strong attention to detail.
