Our client in Clanwilliam is looking to employ an Administrative Manager for two Farms, to start immediately. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, the ability to plan and prioritise, as well as.
REQUIRMENTS:
Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification with at least five years’ relevant experience in a similar position
Knowledge of general farm administration.
Computer literate in MS Office
The Responsibilities Of This Position Includes, But Are Not Limited To:
ADMINISTRATION
Personal assistant to the Farm manager
Assist with audits as and when needed (HACCP, BRC, SIZA etc.)
Water licences, boreholes, record keeping of water use, internal audits
Arrange and record keeping of training.
Crèche and Aftercare administration
Spray and fertilisation records
Diesel, petrol and pruning cost record keeping
FINANCIAL
Manage the financial administrative functions:
Maintain updated expense spreadsheet against the budget and note reason for deviations
Provide accurate reports re monthly wages & farm expenditure
NAV reporting
Creditors & all relevant documentation
Administration of employee contracts, UIF, PAYE & all relevant payments
Communicate overtime, leave and deduction details with relevant pension, UIF, PAYE etc. details
Wage administration.
