We are looking for a hard working experienced lady to start working immediately.
Office is based in Amanzimtoti, South Coast (must be within this proximity and have reliable transport
Salary range: Intermediate / Based on performance
The following will be required
Must have very good communication skills (both verbally as well as written
Minimum 4 years working experience.
You will be required to book appointments and allocate work to the respective professionals and provide frequent feedback. Fast turnaround times will be expected.
Provide support to the professionals in the field and have the ability to monitor multiple operations simultaneously (can be stressful).
Must be able to Handle at least 150 to 200 emails a day
Must have the ability to professionally compose emails containing detailed and critical medical information.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant, and professional demeanour at all times.
Long working hours (shift work) may be required especially during month end.
Ability to multi-task
MUST be a Non-smoker (not negotiable
Geographics - Ability to plot and map out routes countrywide is required
Advantageous: Call centre experience, Bilingual
NB: A position will only become applicable after a minimum two week observation trial period
