Job Purpose
To provide administrative support and to assist with general administration.
Key Responsibilities
To offer administration and support to Corporate Services and ensure the effective functioning of office with regards to the following:
? Coordinate the effective delivery of office services such as telephony, printing and other services;
? To assist with and provide administration support services such as the procurement of general requirements such as groceries, stationery, office equipment, etc.
? To assist in complying with statutory and policy requirements when handling contracts, submitting invoices & credit card purchases.
? Support the office in carrying out the administration in receiving the invoices, delivery notices, ordering, confirming and appointing caterers, submitting relevant documentation to finance office and keeping a track record of all payments.
? To keep all contracts and hand them to the HR office.
? Submits the independent contractors’ invoices to HR and track their payments.
? Assists in collating the project expenditure report for different programmes.
? Submission and follow up on procurement of resources for the office.
? Minute taking in Corporate Services meeting and the general organising for such meetings.

Minimum Requirements
Education
? Matric
? National Certificate in book keeping and administration.
? National Certificate in Financial Administration will be an added advantage
Experience
? Some experience as an administrator.

Knowledge / Skills
? Excellent computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
? Knowledge of book keeping
? High level of accuracy when handling data.
? Good inter-personal relations.
? Financial administration
? Self-disciplined, work overtime and under pressure with minimal supervision.
