My client a Radiology practice has a vacancy for Sales Consultant/Administrator based in Rosebank, Gauteng. The ideal person has to have a the ability to sell and promote the radiology products. So if you good at sales/administration, please do apply. Able commence - 1st week of Jan 2018

Requirement:
Grade12
Fully computer literate
Reliable transport
Able to converse at all level
Have excellent communication
Have experience experience medical administration 
Sales experience/selling and promting radiology services and products
Answering telephones
Explain scan procedures and costs
Get a patient history,confirm their age,risk factors and allergies
Making bookings for scan procedures and report backs
Phone medical aids for authorisation when required
Make up contrast preps and allergy preps when required
Explaining and preparing patients before procedures
Ensure patients complete medical questionnaire
Type up patient information on ERAD and scan in relevant documents
Answer  and follow up on email queries regarding bookings
Take payments from patients at time of the procedure,receipt them and follow up on EFTs when necessary
Collate report packs for patients
Return messages from voicemails
Confirm booked patients telephonically prior to scan booking
Liase with referring doctors and get patients bookings with specialists when required
Accompany Dr  if required to present Radiology products to prospective clinicians-very seldom(1-2 times per year)
