B.Sc Agric(Diploma/Honors) in Agronomy or Soil Science

5 to 10 years experience in agricultural field

Keen interest in modern agriculture and technology

Agricultural knowledge of summer crop production

As part of a dynamic , multi-disciplinary agricultural development team the candidate will be required to:

Conduct trials and research on topics such as modern agricultural practices, technology and Conservative Agriculture

Co-operate with role players in the agricultural field to optimize resources

Advise clients with regards to modern cultivation and management practices

Communicate and liaise through study groups, information days, lectures and published articles

Well organized and self-motivated

Managerial and organizational skills to manage operations and budgets

Good interpersonal and communication skills
