RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan freight movement of cargo.
• Coordinate the freight movement and customs clearance.
• Cost freight movement and prepare service estimates.
• Arrange insurance cover and process claims.
• Process administration related to the shipment file.
• Effect creditors’ disbursements and process debtor’s invoices.
• Process Customs and other statutory documents required for Customs clearance.
• Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years export experience in Freight Forwarding Industry in a controlling capacity.
• Basic international trade principles and INCO Terms.
• Applicable sections of Import & Export control Act.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric.
• 1 year export related qualification at NQF level 3 and 4.
