Our client is seeking a project analyst who will be assisting 2 directors in the Finance and Investment industry.
The ideal candidate must be very VERY very efficient in Excel.
This person must be able to take instructions and then draw up analysis of things needed to be analysed for investment purposes etc.

CANDIDATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Tertiary: B.Comm Degree
Work experience:
• Previous experience in the same or similar position with in Property/Finance industry.
• MS Office (Word, Excel and Email) is essential
• Excel knowledge is crucial
Other:
• Must pay attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport
• Reliable, responsible and dependable to fulfil obligations
• Willingness to lead, take charge and offer direction
• Ability to multitask
• Show initiative by taking control of task
• Excellent communication and interpretation skills

Tasks (include but not limited to):
• Financial statements/Management reports analysis
• Breakdown of projects / budgets / investment opportunities into detailed reporting segments
• Preparation and assistance with presentation of Investment opportunities
• Accounts capturing relief on adhoc basis as needed
• Management and execution of administrative tasks for the Director
• Detailed Research of particular industry or asset class
• Performing additional duties and assist with other projects upon request from management
