Our client is looking for an Analyst Developer who will need to consult on a high-level regarding technical designs and system architecture with the architects in order to write detailed technical specifications. The analyst is required to analyse existing systems and software in order to design solutions for bugs or new requirements and ensure that technologies are implemented with best practice. The Analyst will be responsible to provide guidance and direction of .Net development to developers and programmers. Ensure reuse and build of common components, web services, objects and patterns and development quality by reviewing development done on technical specifications provided. A successful candidate will have proven knowledge of and experience in: C# or VB.Net, ASP.Net / Java script / HTML / CS, Web Services, .Net Framework, SQL, XML, IIS, OO, Development Methodologies, an understanding of SOA, continuous development mind-set, communication skills in English (verbal and written), and analytical and problem solving skills. This position is in Stellenbosch.
