A prestigious lodge group is searching for an anchor manager to work at one of its mountain lodges in Hluhluwe. The position is seen as an opportunity to train the future lodge managers by giving the successful candidate a broad understanding of the various departments of these lodges, coupled with hands-on experience. KEY OUTPUTSIn charge of guest delights, this includes managing the guest delight host, ensuring all equipment is in working order, and looks neat, also conducting a monthly guest delight meeting to discuss new ways to delight our guests.Covering front line managers when they go on leave.Assisting with stock takes.Maintaining agreed upon Lodge Standards and BOPS.Hosting breakfast, lunch and dinner.Ensuring all special turndowns are done for guests.Assist with daily operations with the front line managers.Free up relief Managers in order for Rock Lodge and Zuka Lodge Managers to get nights off. KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDAt least one or two years’ experience in the Hospitality IndustryA background in HospitalityValid SA Drivers license.
