-Male (non EE)
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed (Admitted Attorney)
-Experience in High Court and Magistrate's Court Litigation
-Independently functional
-Experience in Corporate Law / Commercial Law / Contracts / Company Law / Insolvency Law / Liquidations / Sequestrations / Business Rescue / Family Law / Medical Negligence Claims / Motor Vehicle Accidents / Collections advantageous
-Well presented and professional
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-In good standing with the Law Society
-Stable employment record
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-High & Magistrate’s Court Litigation procedures
-Corporate Law / Commercial Law / Contracts / Company Law / Insolvency Law / Liquidators / Sequestrations / Business Rescue / Family Law / Medical Negligence Claims / Motor Vehicle Accidents / Collections
-Compiling of legal documents
-General Attorney duties
-Court appearances
