Architect (Telecoms)
Contract: 12 months. Start: Imm. Exp: 5+ years. Rate: R450/hr.
Responsible for end to end product architecture for both the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) and Consumer Business Unit (CBU) in line with the product roadmap.
Responsible for technical Impact Assessment for new products within the EBU and CBU.
Build and maintain a sound relationship with technology partners.
Consolidate technical design input and provide guidance for an end-end product implementation to achieve operational readiness.
Leverage existing network functionality to design new products.
Leverage existing systems functionality to design new products.
Build a knowledge base of network and systems patterns that can be re-used for quick delivery of new products. Investigate & research on best design principles in line with industry standards.

Job Experience
5 years in a Service Provider Business with specific focus on ISPs/Telecom business areas (essential).
