International Manufacturing concern, based in Midrand is seeking to employ an Architectural Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for expanding relationships with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Developers and Consulting engineers. This position will represent all of the company’s products and services to the assigned customers. A market-related remuneration package is on offer for the position.

Requirements – candidates will be screened strictly according to the requirements listed.

• Matric Certificate / Grade 12 are mandatory.
• Tertiary level related qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
• Established relationships with key role players in the relevant industry.
• Negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (a third language will be beneficial).
• Computer literate.
• Ability to travel on a monthly basis.

Key Performance Areas:
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, mainly Architects.
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel within the region.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process in the targeted market sectors.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
