We require a Area Group Leader in the Automotive Logistics Indutry to be based in Pretoria.

Grade 12;

Supervisory and leadership experience

Sound knowledge of the operations processes and in addition at least two years related experience

Ability to make sensible decisions

Ability to work and think logically

Socially confident

Good communication and presentation skills;

Integrity and honesty;

High energy levels;

Some duties:

Ensure colleagues within area’s adhere to the Company’s rules and regulations as documented in the Code of Conduct;

Ensure that housekeeping is maintained in the incumbent’s area of responsibility (5S standards);

Ensure safe work practices as defined during Induction and other Health and Safety training e.g. Factory regulations, protective clothing

and equipment;

Record and report all damaged cases and components;

Elevate unresolved problems or queries to Supervisor for resolution;

Perform daily Team Talks with the team;
