Adhering to Franchisor and Company Standards by ensuring all standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Requirements
Grade 12
BCOM Degree in Business Management or Relevant Diploma
Certificate LRM CSTM / FSTM / LAS / LAR1 / LAR2 /LRM Advantageous
3 – 5 Years Fast Food, Quick Service and Restaurant
2 – 3 Years Management Experience
Operations of 180 Hours within a 7 Day Weeks Operational 24 Hours
High Pressure
Prepared to Relocate – Non Negotiable
Valid Drivers

Duties:
• Assist Restaurant Managed to Address Variances
• Travel to various Restaurants within the designated area
• Long Working Hours of Restaurant Operations
• Achieve all Sales Targets with area and Stores
• Analyzing of Sales Results
• Identification of Variances / Deviations
• Track and Identify Sales and Operating Hours
• Plan, Monitor and Execute Ne Products Lines
• Identify Competitor Analysis
• Cash Management – Identification of daily, weekly and monthly operation
• Address Variances with Restaurant Managers
• Audit of Petty Cash, Cash and Cash Flow
• Implement Cash Policies and Procedures
• Investigation of Unresolved variances and Cash Flow Issues
• Liaising with Cash Management Service Providers
• Analyzing of Stock Food and Paper Daily, Weekly and Periodic
• Compile Reports
• Conduct Stock Analysis, Stock Takes
• Daily Product Forecast and Cook Chart Tools
• Authorize all Inter Restaurant Transfers
• Ensure Fresh Produce and Ordering
• People and Labour Management
• Address Shits, Attendance and Punctuality
• Review of all Staff Sales Record and 100% Accurate – Cash Management
• Training and Ensuring of YUM Process and Procedures
• Disciplinary Inquires
