AREA MANAGER
Northern Suburbs – Travelling involved!!!
Salary comprises of Basic salary + Vehicle + Fuel + Cellphone Allowance

The successful candidate will be responsible for around 6 stores on the Operations side.

Some responsibilities will include:
- Coach & support the team and management in order to improve performance and encourage staff
- Provide guidance to management and the team in order to implement initiatives to enhance and deliver Customer Mania
- Continuously demonstrate operational excellence and coach to the team to enhance customer service and ensure returned business
- Set clear and achievable guidelines for the team
- Manage controllable and variable expenses
- Drive and implement marketing promotions and identify sales growth opportunities

The successful candidate will meet all of the following:
• Business related completed qualification
• Restaurant experience of 5-6 years
• Brilliant Interpersonal skills and fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
• Strong business and financial acumen!
• Willingness to work weekends and go the extra mile!
• Proven experience to lead, mentor, coach and support employees
• Excellent ability to ensures business objectives are met collaboratively
• Great proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, sales software etc
• Valid drivers license
