RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced AREA SALES MANAGER (NORTHERN KWAZULU-NATAL REGION) (AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY) for a national company, position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Afrikaans / English speaking.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
A formal tertiary technical qualification will be an advantage.
5 years’ experience in the agricultural mechanization industry an added advantage.
5 years’ sales experience and must be able to communicate on all levels.
Person must be willing to travel extensively.
Will be actively involved in product support, commissioning and aftermarket service on products.
Plan, prepare and present sales presentations to dealers and customers.
Build direct relationships with all dealers and top customers.
Plan, prepare and execute farmers’ days and shows.
Submit sales budget and achieve budgets as planned.
Assist customers, dealers and own personnel with all related technical issues.

Salary offered: Basic salary + commission + company vehicle
