Sales Manager – Safety & Security Cape Town, Western Cape

Well established Safety and Security Company is looking for a Sales Manager for our Western Cape based in Cape Town. The role is the management and development of business growth opportunities within the Western Cape Region.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12, with Sales/Marketing Diploma / Sales Courses
5 ++years’ experience of managing a sales team preferable in the same environment
Safety & Security Sales Management Experience a MUST
PSIRA Grade B
Office Administration and Proven Sales track record in the similar industry
Previous management experience of a regional Sales team
Monthly travelling will be required within region

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Generation of daily, weekly and monthly sales by the company
Managing a Sales team, Creating and implementing Sales Strategies
Ensure that all sales targets and expectations are met
Interaction with clients, and attending Companies meetings and seminar’s
Advising the General Manager on all activities, staff sales performances, figures, marketing, branch sales performances,
Submit annual and monthly budget forecasting
Setting of budgets pertaining to sales, cost of sales and marketing accounts
Provide oversight and assistance in the direct sales functions in support of New Business and Account Executives
Manage a structured and effective client retention strategy
Understand and increase product knowledge
