Mandatory Requirements
• 2 years JAVA Development experience (JAVA EE an advantage)
• 2 years JAVA, JQuery experience
• 2 years SQL, MySQL development experience
• 2 years Visual Basic, ASP.Net experience

Responsibilities
Proficient in reviewing and assessing the current user, system and software requirements documentation; Updating and maintaining system architecture documentation. Formulating development strategies, project plans, timelines and work structures.
Specify and demonstrate the web technologies to be used on server and client platforms; Implement processes to facilitate tracking of bug reports and feature requests relating to web interfaces.
Development of Web Forms for entire website, , Use of JQuery, JavaScript, CSS & HTML, Cross browser and responsive web design – Desktop & Mobile applications; Database development and design – SQL / MySQL;
Design, code, and test solutions at the level of global best practices; Understand relational database concepts

Solid understanding and demonstrable experience in developing and delivering applications using JavaScript development, the use of HTML5 mark-up language and CSS3 style-sheet specification.

Brief overview of job functions
? Development of a mobile-friendly Java-based solution that users can use to update and maintain the master and metadata involved in the Traffic Signal system (Area Traffic Control).

Key Accountabilities
? Development of the solution as described above.
? Development of the APIs that the Java solution will need to interact with the SAP HANA environment.

Knowledge and Skills
? Good knowledge of the SQL development environment.
? Good knowledge of JavaScript development, HTML5 mark-up language and CSS 3 stylesheet specification.

Qualifications or Experience
? Evidence of experience in the development of Java-based solutions with SQL / My SQL back-end models.
