Our client, an elite and upmarket Hotel and Wine Estate situated between Franschhoek and Paarl, requires a well-experienced Meat Curing Chef to join their team.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge and an exceptional understanding of meat and everything that goes with it. Candidates will have the ability to work independently while possibly managing a small team. Please note that it is imperative that the successful candidate be fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Minimum Requirements:
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• A minimum of 4 – 5 years’ practical/ hands-on experience as a Chef/ Butcher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent administrative and planning abilities
• Must have own transport

Salary on offer: R 20 000 p/m (Negotiable)
