R650k-R800k CTC per annum depending on experience

Our top-end client is looking for an experienced Property Asset Manager to monitor and manage the strategic direction of their own key properties and investments, as well as consulting with their clients to maximize annual cash flow and reversion values for all assets through continuous and proactive evaluation of the business marketplace and real estate landscape. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant B. Degree in finance, accounting or business
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the property sector
• The candidate must have a proven track record in the industry and have managed high nett worth portfolios.
• Strong financial understanding and ability
• Ability to work in fast paced, high pressured environment
• Goal-driven, young dynamic and forward thinking
• Preference will be given to candidates living within 20kms of Bryanston at time of application.
